Window and Door Installer

Location: Kent (Serving Maidstone, Canterbury, Ashford, Tunbridge Wells, and surrounding areas)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Window and Door Installer to join our in-house installation team. You’ll be fitting high-quality uPVC and composite windows and doors, including patio and bi-fold doors, to our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing double-glazed windows, composite doors, patio doors, and bi-fold doors.

  • Ensuring precise measurements and high-quality installations.

  • Providing excellent customer service and representing Mid Kent Windows professionally.

  • Working closely with our in-house team to deliver projects on time.
    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in window and door installation, preferably with uPVC and composite products.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Valid UK driving licence.

  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Warehouse Operative

Location: Kent (Based at our state-of-the-art warehouse)

Description:
Join our warehouse team to support the assembly and quality control of our bespoke uPVC products. This role is vital to ensuring our windows, doors, and roofline solutions meet our high standards before delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the assembly of uPVC windows and doors.

  • Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet our rigorous standards.

  • Preparing orders for installation teams.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
    Requirements:

  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude.

  • Forklift licence is a plus but not mandatory (training can be provided).
