Although all our doors and windows were replaced a long time ago by Mid Kent Windows, they are now out of the 10 year guarantee. We have had minor faults, hinges replaced and today an adjustment to double doors. Obviously we were charged, but the charge was reasonable and they were so friendly and came quickly to do the  repairs. It has been a pleasure dealing with Mid Kent Windows right from the first showroom visit where Sarah showed us all the options, through to Jim and Laurence for their expert surveying and advice and Sid for handling the scheduling and installation right on time. Mark, Sean and Aaron were absolutely superb with the installation and have done a fantastic job. It was a difficult job with 4 different wall types and a mix of new and existing openings. Well what can I say about midkent windows Called them in 2018 for a quote  for a conservatory and have used them ever since We had Jim come out to have a look he went though everything there was no pressure  saleing. We went ahead and at the same had french doors fitted from the bed into the new conservatory And two lots of sliding doors front and back. Just used them again for new disabled front door with low threshold for wheelchair access  plus to new bay windows .. So we highly. recommend this  family company .
